PART-TIME PA TO SUPPORT A CREATIVE INDIVIDUAL

We have an excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support our lovely creative client on a part-time basis – you will ensure that the principal’s professional life runs smoothly at all times.

Our client is in the process of returning to work following a minor brain injury. Part of the role will consist of working alongside a team of specialist therapists who monitor output and tailor support in response to new or unexpected issues. The successful candidate will receive weekly support from a team of specialist therapists to learn how best to support the client.

You will assist the principal with weekly diary management, overseeing and updating spreadsheets, bookkeeping, and general support with administration and tasks.

Ideally, candidates will be interested in photography and have some experience editing photographs and managing social media platforms, but this is not essential.

Candidates will be dynamic, flexible, and confident, with a willingness to learn. You will be proactive, highly organised, and with strong attention to detail – someone with a significant degree of initiative who can optimise the principal’s time, identify inefficiencies and streamline their professional life.

This is a part-time, 3-month contract that could become permanent. Candidates will be on an 8-hour retainer per week. You will work remotely and attend three in-person meetings a week. Flexibility is required, as some weeks may involve up to 15 work hours. However, there is no expectation of working weekends. Candidates must be self-employed and live within commutable distance of Central London.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Diary and inbox management
• Schedule meetings and minute taking
• Process and implement agendas
• Bookkeeping and invoicing
• General administration
• Organise travel arrangements
• Coordinate and liaise with their wider team for meetings, feedback, and actioning items
• Liaise with external stakeholders
• Experience editing photographs and social media is desired but not essential
• Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Efficient, highly organised, and with strong attention to detail
• Accountable and self-motivated
• Very adaptable, proactive, and reactive
• Calm, friendly, and approachable
• Excellent IT skills – MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Bookkeeping skills with either QuickBooks or Xero
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel to Central London a few times a week
• Excellent checkable reference

If this sounds of interest, and you meet the essential criteria, then please apply within or get in touch to find out more.
