How long will it take you to find me a candidate?

We strive to provide an efficient yet thorough recruitment service to all of our clients. For long-term contracts or permanent positions, we aim to find you the right person in a matter of days depending on how quickly you can turn around shortlist approvals and confirm interview dates, as well as all other information and processes required for the role.

Do you interview your candidates before sending them to me?

Yes. We interview every candidate we represent before we send them to our clients. We only register people who we genuinely believe we can place with our clients, so you’ll only ever meet people who we feel are perfectly matched to your vacancy.

What due diligence do you carry out on your candidates? Do I have to pay for the checks?

We understand that the integrity of your employees is paramount. That’s why we can complete a range of compliance checks on your behalf, such as DBS (criminal) screening upon request – these can take between two hours and six weeks depending on the check and whether or not the candidate has resided overseas.

The costs of the checks vary on the level of check you require, but we do receive preferential rates from the respective bodies that carry out the checks. Any of these costs may be negotiated as part of your overall fee.

Reference checks we complete on your behalf are free.

If I don’t like the candidate I’ve hired, what can you do for me?

In the unlikely event that the person you have hired isn’t quite right for the role, we ask for you to please tell us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation at the earliest opportunity.

What happens if someone leaves after I’ve paid your fee?

If a temporary candidate leaves before their placement has ended, we will replace them with another suitable candidate.

If a permanent candidate leaves within 12 weeks we will replace them for free.
