We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced, career Executive/Personal Assistant to support a global Private Investor and Tech Entrepreneur in a professional and private capacity, between London and Los Angeles. This is a fantastic role for a professional, multi-tasking PA to be our client’s “right-hand person” and ensure that all aspects of his life are run efficiently.

A successful tech investor and businessman, our client is based between London and Los Angeles, which he travels between continuously, as well as other international locations, and requires consistent support in all of his business and personal matters. As the Executive/Personal Assistant, you will wear many hats and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Thus, a super organised, proactive and highly flexible individual would be best suited for this role. An amazingly rewarding yet highly demanding role, this position requires a high level of dedication and assiduousness; you will need to be proactive, able to think on your feet, and have a sharp wit, as well as precision in your work.

Constantly on the move, this role will include extensive travelling, with roughly a 50:50 split between the US and the UK. This is a live-in role when travelling, and accommodation will be provided when you are not in your home country. You will need a UK passport or the right to work in the UK, but a US passport is not required, as the client can sponsor a work visa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
• Complex diary coordination across multiple international time zones - managing and maintaining the Principal’s schedules and appointments
• Frequent and often last-minute travel arrangements, visas and itineraries.
• Handling all of the Principal’s correspondence
• Developing and maintaining contact with several third-party stakeholders and clients
• Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, printing, preparing and editing documents etc.
• Drafting and summarising reports
• Monitoring, examining and handling monthly invoices and following up on payments
• Attend discreetly high-level meetings and take minutes - follow up on complex tasks
• Handling all private family and personal matters
• Coordinating with multiple offices
• Dealing with lawyers, auditors and PR firms

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Experienced career Personal or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
• Flexibility to travel and willingness to be on 24/7 call
• Valid UK passport or work visa
• Highly professional, well presented and polished
• Excellent English – both spoken and written
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Handle a constantly changing schedule
• Anticipating problems and providing solutions
• Committed with dedication and fast pace of implementation
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Excellent checkable references
