PART-TIME RETAIL ADMINISTRATOR FOR ART RETAILER

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Part-time Retail Administrator for a multi-channel art business, at their HQ in London.

Acting as an integral support to the Head of Retail, you will assist with day-to-day admin-orientated activities to support operational performance and business growth plans. Including but not limited to supporting Store Management teams with travel bookings and order placements, weekly communication bulletins and liaising with Head office departments and Stores in relation to business trade updates.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day. This is a hybrid role with 3 days spent in the office, and 2 days remote.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Support HOR with day-to-day admin activities
• Schedule calls for HOR
• Assist HOR with scheduling of interviews, reviews and meetings (diary management)
• Review of store rotas and cross-checking
• Liaise with different departments regarding: performance and communication to stores
• Ensure opening hours on the website and Google correct and updated
• Complete monthly stationery order for stores
• Support the implementation of new systems to aid operational process and awareness
• Perform administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations and make necessary recommendations to improve efficiency
• Organise travel arrangements where needed for the wider retail business
• Complete monthly store orders, in line with budgets to enable stores to run smoothly
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date holiday records across stores and HO team
• Complete monthly credit card submission
• Arrange regional meetings and assist in building presentations where needed
• Assist with report sharing and compilation for meetings

• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Numerate and analytical
• Energy, enthusiasm and passion
• Self-driven and results orientated
