EXPERIENCED 2nd STEWARDESS NEEDED FOR A 40m NEW BUILD MOTOR YACHT (PRIVATE)

 

Schedule: Med – Singapore – World Cruising

Start Date: November 2023

 

An exciting opportunity is now open for a new build 40m Motor Yacht.

Fantastic Owner, adventurous long-term itinerary, excellent salary and leave package, sponsored training scheme and bonus system.

The right candidate will need to be self-motivated and happy to help the chief stewardess build a great new interior team. The candidate needs to possess a fun but professional personality, be keen to help juniors progress their skills, be an inspirational leader and team player. Proven longevity is needed. Fluent English (spoken and written) essential.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:

-          STCW/ENG1

-          Minimum 2 year’s solid experience as a 2nd Stewardess

-          Proven longevity

-          Excellent references needed  

-          Proven leadership and teamwork skills

-          Basic accounting knowledge, Excellent computer skills

-          Have the right attitude, ready to listen and learn but also take initiative.

-          Be able to step up and lead 2 Stewardess when the chief goes on rotation.

-          Is eager to mentor and teach the junior stewardesses

-          Has had experience with inventories in particular dealing with uniforms.

-          Experience leading service would be fantastic.

-          Has had experience in all aspects of the interior.

-          Any additional skills would be a bonus

-          Great eye for detail.

 

PACKAGE:

-          5000 Eur per month. This will increase by 500 on the periods to cover the Chief Stewardess on leave.

-          90 days paid leave per year based around a 3 on / 1 off ratio (economy flights included)

-          Training scheme:  Sponsored training scheme available.

-          Bonus scheme:  Yearly performance related bonus scheme in place. Good performance will be rewarded by a 1-month salary bonus with increased amounts possible for higher performance.
