ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF NEEDED FOR A 100m +PRIVATE MY


Schedule: Caribbean - TBC
Start Date: December

 
We are looking for an excellent chef, ideally with Michelin Star Experience and must have big boat experience.

The principal is looking for top of the top in terms of food.  Quality, presentation, and creativity must be superior.   He prefers Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine so those need to be incorporated into daily meal planning. Guest trips are usually 4 – 8 guests at a time.

Looking for someone who is committed and would like to stay with the vessel for at least 2 years if not more. There is room for growth within the fleet and the company

The vessel runs with 37 crew in total.  3 in the galley team. Head Chef, Sous Chef & Crew Chef

 
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

STCW/ENG1
Must be culinary trained
B1/B2 visa in hand
Head Chef Experience on large yachts

PACKAGE

Salary:  DOE
2 months on: 2 months off
