FRENCH-SPEAKING EA AT A GLOBAL FASHION BRAND

This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced Personal or Executive Assistant to support an inspirational leader in one of the world's most luxurious fashion brands. In this role, you will offer extensive administrative support and work closely with the principal and surrounding teams. This fast-paced and dynamic environment requires first-class support at all times. The principal is driven, hardworking, and an excellent leader – she demands great attention to detail, a flexible approach, and a hardworking mentality.

You will be an exemplary communicator and be able to build excellent working relationships across the brand. You will be resilient, agile, and able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing needs of the principal – ensuring no task is left incomplete, and all issues or hurdles are overcome with speed and professionalism.

This is an opportunity to work with a creative and inspiring leadership team and a fast-paced and developing global Team. French-speaking at a business level is essential for this role, as well as fluent English. This role will suit someone with extensive EA experience who has worked in a global company supporting a high-profile leader. Experience working in the fashion industry is not essential for this role.

Based in their London HQ in the West End, this is a Monday-Friday role with flexibility required in terms of hours. Flexibility to travel is also needed on occasion.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
• Managing the diary in complete coordination with the diaries of their team, their peers as well as business partners
• Manage and adapt a very busy agenda, understanding the priorities (sometimes it means reorganising time and space at the last minute)
• Make travel arrangements according to global business calendar imperatives and personal needs; observe COVID-related travel measures in real-time & company expenses policy. Book hotels, taxis and related logistics
• Compose and prepare correspondence in French and English
• Organize meetings (internal & external)
• Support the Leader in her time management
• Manage reoccurring and ad hoc tasks: ordering stationary, presents, internal coordination with PR and external orders, FedEx requests, maintaining present cupboard, and printing
• Expenses: Maintain diligent electronic records of receipts and process expenses promptly and according to company policy

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Extensive prior experience as a PA or EA working within a demanding and fast-paced role
• An approachable, kind and client-orientated demeanour with remarkable resilience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exemplary organisation and coordinating skills
• Ability to work methodically, enjoyment in following or creating processes, but the capacity not to become flustered when things do not go to plan
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written
• Fluent in French and English
• Ability to prioritise workload, requests and spontaneous scenarios
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
• Demonstration of being a team-player but also able to work independently
• Professionalism and ability to act with unwavering discretion
• Your cultural curiosity and enthusiasm for building networks!
• You like to make work, and life in general, warmer, brighter and easier for those around you
• You are both methodical task and variety in role with challenges you may not have already faced
• ‘Thinking on your feet ’-style problem-solving, whether a small and mundane issue or an urgent and complex one
• Excellent checkable references

If this sounds interesting and you meet the essential criteria, then please apply or get in touch to find out more.
