WORLDWIDE TRAVELLING PA TO SUPPORT UHNWI
We have an incredible, career-defining opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a high-profile businessman and ultra-high-net-worth individual at their various properties around the world. The principal is a well-known prominent figure with a variety of business interests, as well as a portfolio of properties internationally. This is a busy and varied role that requires a high level of flexibility, dedication, and utmost discretion.
Working alongside a team of staff in various locations, you will be expected to adapt easily to different environments. This role will become the gatekeeper for the principal; you will arrange their complex diary and inbox, manage ever-changing travel arrangements, and undertake all traditional PA responsibilities and any impromptu tasks or duties as they arise.
Primarily a PA to the principal, this role requires some light butler responsibilities. You will be comfortable performing service when needed, preparing light meals occasionally, packing and unpacking suitcases, carrying suitcases, and assisting with any events.
The ideal candidate will be independent, flexible and driven by a unique and often complex set of duties. An emotionally mature candidate who can foresee and address issues promptly will be best suited to this position. A well-spoken and clear communicator is essential for this role, as there will be a lot of direct interaction between yourself and the principal.
The successful candidate will split their work between various international residences; accommodation will be provided, mainly at their residence in the South of France. A high degree of flexibility in terms of working hours is essential for this role; out-of-hours and on-call will be expected. You will travel frequently with the principal globally.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Liaison and close working with the principal’s wider team
· Complex calendar management across multiple time zones, managing and maintaining the principal’s schedules and appointments
· Handling all the principal's correspondence
· Extensive travel arrangements – flights, hotels, cars, visas and logistics
· Travelling with the principal globally
· Managing purchases, invoices, and expenses
· Day-to-day administration duties
· Event management and coordination
· Booking reservations
