JUNIOR PRIVATE PA ROLE TO SUPPORT UHNW PRINCIPALS
We have an exciting opportunity for a junior Private PA to support ultra-high-net-worth principals in West Los Angeles, California. A right-hand role, you will provide world-class support to the principals across all areas of their private lives. This is a busy and varied role that requires flexibility, versatility and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Based in the office at the principal’s new residence in West Los Angeles, you will assist with all diary management, lifestyle management, personal shopping, and event planning, and be confident with complex travel coordination and bookings for the principals and their wider team. Working in tandem with a Senior Private PA, you will work to pre-empt their needs and exceed expectations. Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of LA and suppliers in LA.
Our client is looking for a loyal, trustworthy and dedicated PA who they can count on to get the job done. This is a relaxed yet fast-paced household – the principals are looking for someone they can get on well with and build a good working relationship, whilst always maintaining professional boundaries.
Working days are typically Monday - Friday, however, flexibility will be required - there will be no structured hours and on-call availability is imperative. The ideal candidate will be happy to travel with the family and live a commutable distance from the residence. Benefits include HMO-type health insurance, 2 weeks PTO, 6 days sick PTO and a discretionary Christmas bonus.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Managing busy schedules
• Carrying out an extremely high volume of online ordering
• Managing health and beauty appointments
• Managing purchases, invoices and expenses
• Assisting with extensive & complex travel - experience with advanced staff travel, jets, and yachts
• Meticulous packing oversight – prepare and maintain packing lists
• Events management & coordination
• Restaurant & leisure bookings
• Research into the latest trends (fashion, toys, etc)
• Shopping on behalf of the principals in coordination with their stylist
• Managing inventories
• Maintaining contact lists
• Ship items globally, as needed. Sell items no longer wanted or needed by the principals
• Maintain meticulous records of all spending and provide this to the management and the accountants
• Liaising with their wider team to ensure the smooth and transparent running of the households
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• High flexibility and versatility
• Very adaptive, proactive and reactive
• Excellent organisational skills
• Trustworthy, loyal, and discreet
• A great team player
• Polite, direct, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Willingness to travel as part of the role
• Eligibility to work in the USA
• Live within a commutable distance from West LA
• Fluent in English – in both written and conversational
• Excellent checkable references
If this sounds of interest, and you meet the essential criteria, then please apply within or get in touch to find out more.
