HYBRID PA TO SUPPORT SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSMAN
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a Businessman in West London - the principal is a well-regarded Managing Director of a Government consultancy & PR firm.
Mainly supporting them on a business level, with approximately 20% on the private side - you will be responsible for extensive travel arrangements and logistics, diary and inbox management, expenses, and general administration.
In addition to this, you will assist in the management of their residence. Responsible for bills, maintenance, utilities, and liaising with any contractors.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, unflappable, and reliable. You should have excellent communication skills, prioritise effectively, and be able to structure your own time.
This is a hybrid role, working three days a week from home and 2 days from the office located in Chelsea. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm – the principal is flexible and happy to accommodate the successful candidate's preferred start time. There is no expectation of working evenings or weekends. Benefits include 20 days annual leave plus bank, pension, and discretionary bonus.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Global travel bookings both professional and personal – flights, hotels, cars, and logistics
· Diary management, scheduling meetings, and creating agendas
· General administration
· Correspondence management, including prioritising emails, drafting emails, and proofreading
· Day-to-day running of the office
· Following up on tasks
· Document preparation, filing, and administration
· House management – bills, maintenance, utilities, and liaising with contractors
· Ad-hoc duties or projects as required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
· Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant
· Excellent communication skills
· High level of organisation and attention to detail
· Efficient, proactive, and a self-starter
· Reliable, friendly, and unflappable
· Live a commutable distance of West London
· Fluent in English – in both written and spoken
· Excellent checkable reference
