RECEPTIONIST FOR LUXURY OFFICE BUILDING
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a team at our client’s luxury serviced office building in Knightsbridge. The building features luxury meeting spaces and private office suites.
You will be personally welcoming visitors and ensuring an outstanding experience. Friendly and solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile and you need to make sure everyone feels good. You will make visitors feel at home and encourage a friendly, collaborative working environment for all.
You will need to be an all-rounder and multitasking individual, comfortable greeting high-profile individuals, answering phone calls, and facilitating the rest of the team with anything required.
You will demonstrate strong organisation skills, whilst also being flexible, keen and personable. You should take an enthusiastic and proactive approach to any given task, and be willing to help out when your colleagues need it, remembering that the customer experience is the utmost priority.
This is an opportunity to be part of a small but fun interactive team that thrives and excels in producing and providing first-class customer service.
Working hours are on a 9-hour shift basis, 7am – 9pm Monday – Friday, and 8am – 9pm Saturday – Sunday.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Fluency in English - both verbal and written
• Well-polished and well-presented
• Naturally customer-focussed and service-orientated
• A happy and friendly disposition
• Hardworking and driven to exceed expectations
• Able to work as part of a team
• Flexible in approach to duties and happy to ‘muck in’ where required
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Excellent checkable references
