REMOTE P/T EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO SUPPORT UHNWI
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our lovely client on a part-time basis – you will support the principal in all aspects of their professional life.
The principal travels regularly and has a busy schedule. Therefore, he requires top-class support from their EA to ensure everything runs smoothly at all times. With a strong focus on global travel and logistics, diary management, business administration, as well as correspondence management, you will be required to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and always maintain high standards.
You will be highly organised, proactive and motivated. You should have excellent communication skills and professionalism and be able to liaise at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail and punctuality are essential for this role, as is the ability to structure your own time, work with minimal direction and prioritise effectively.
The ideal candidate will have several years of prior EA experience working for an ultra-high-net-worth C-Suite directly. Working remotely, typical working hours are 8am – 1pm, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility required on occasion. This is a part-time position and candidates will need to be located within the UK. You will be willing to travel a few times a year to meet with the principal and their wider team.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Extensive global travel management, including booking and managing flights, making hotel bookings, coordinating visas, arranging drivers and logistics
• Complex diary management, scheduling meetings, and creating agendas
• Assist the principal with creating their memoir
• Correspondence management, including prioritising emails, drafting emails, and proofreading
• Document preparation, filing, and administration
• General administration including; printing, photocopying, and scanning
• Liaising with the wider team to meet the needs of the principal
• Ad-hoc duties or projects as required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Multiple years’ prior EA experience supporting C-Suite individuals
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills – confident in dealing with senior professionals within and outside of the business, approachable and with a good sense of humour
• Flexibility to be available outside working hours to assist the principal on occasion
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised, efficient, and punctual
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Impeccable spelling and grammar
• Fluent in English – in both written and spoken
• Excellent checkable reference
