EXPERIENCED PRIVATE PA TO SUPPORT CREATIVE HNWI

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to join a team of assistants that support a creative high-net-worth individual and their family – this is a varied and dynamic role, supporting them in all aspects of their private lives.

The role will be working within an established private family office, providing support to the other Pas, principals and their wider team. You will be responsible for managing complex ever-changing diaries, organising extensive travel and logistics, scheduling appointments, general administration, and anything that is required to ensure the principal’s lives run smoothly at all times.

Our client is looking for a loyal, trustworthy and dedicated PA - someone who remains calm under pressure and they can count on to get the job done. This is an end-to-end role – you will be hardworking, flexible, and happy to turn your hand to all that is required.

Working from the family office in Central London, typical working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. A high degree of flexibility in terms of working hours is essential for this role – there will be a great deal of out-of-hours work and on-call availability is imperative. Benefits include private medical insurance, a health cash plan, pension, life assurance, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Complex diary and calendar management, creating agendas, and managing all personal appointments
• Global travel management and scheduling, including private jets and commercial flights
• Researching, shopping and wrapping luxury gifts
• Petty cash and invoicing, keeping accurate records at all times
• Thorough maintenance of the internal filing system
• Day-to-day administration duties
• Handle sensitive and confidential information
• Assisting with the recruitment of new staff
• Running errands
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior experience as a Private PA supporting HNWI or C-Suite level
• Experience and competency in IT, emails, and MS Office
• Committed, dedicated, and highly flexible
• Attention to detail, highly organised and efficient
• Very proactive, adaptable and unflappable – solution-focused with the ability to think outside the box
• Great communicator
• Trustworthy, loyal, and discreet
• Great common sense and ability to overcome hurdles with ease
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Fluent in English – in both written and spoken
• Excellent checkable reference

If this sounds of interest, and you meet the essential criteria, then please apply within or get in touch to find out more.
