EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR UHNW PRIVATE FAMILY OFFICE
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a wonderful Chief of Staff in the private office of a UHNWI based in Henley-on-Thames. Acting as right-hand to the Chief of Staff, you will ensure their life runs smoothly at all times. With a strong focus on diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation and document handling, as well as correspondence management.
In addition to this, you will also be responsible for managing the principal’s residence in Henley-on-Thames - overseeing the household staff, scheduling, and liaising with the wider team. You will be required to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and always maintain high standards of work across the board.
This is a fast-paced role which requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, an unflappable demeanour, professionalism and a proactive solution-focused mindset. They are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a great teamwork mentality.
The ideal candidate will have several years of prior EA experience working for a UHNW principal. This role is full-time, working Monday – Friday, with the flexibility required on occasion. Working from an office at the principal’s residence in Henley-on-Thames, you will need to live a commutable distance from the residence and have a driving license.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Diary management, scheduling meetings, document handling, and creating agendas
• Travel booking both domestic and international – flights, hotels, cars, and logistics
• Correspondence management, including prioritising emails, drafting emails as well as letters
• Being the Chief of Staffs go-to and right-hand for all matters
• Household management – scheduling of household staff and managing inventories
• Coordinating and liaising with the wider team
• Events management & coordination
• Managing purchases, invoices, and expenses
• Run professional errands
• General organisation and administration
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an ultra-high-net-worth individual
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Efficient in your work and able to overcome hurdles with ease
• Hands-on, hardworking and driven
• Flexible, happy to be on-call out of hours
• A positive, can-do attitude, and a strong team player
• Able to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Loyal, dedicated, and polished
• Driving license and own vehicle
• Based locally or a commutable distance to Henley-on-Thames
• Fluent in English – in both written and conversational
• Excellent checkable reference
