TRAVELLING EA & PRIVATE PA TO SUPPORT HNWI
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant and Private Personal Assistant to support an incredibly successful and busy entrepreneurial high-net-worth individual. A right-hand role, you will provide support to the principal across all areas of their professional and private life.
The ideal candidate will become the gatekeeper for the principal, you will assist with managing their busy diary and inbox (both personal and business), scheduling appointments and meetings, organising everchanging travel and logistics, and liaising with the household staff to ensure the principal’s life is always running smoothly.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be a logical and operational mastermind with the energy, dedication and skill to always go above and beyond. Solution-focused, you will overcome all hurdles in a calm and professional manner - meticulous attention to detail is essential for this role. You will be highly organised, disciplined and efficient, always being accountable and one step ahead.
The principal has 2 dogs, so the role is only suitable for dog-friendly candidates. Predominantly working from the principal’s estate in Central Los Angeles, you will be required to travel regularly with the principal sometimes with short notice to a variety of global destinations. When in LA, working schedules are typically 5 days a week on a rota system. However, flexibility will be required, there will be no structured hours and on-call availability is imperative. When travelling with the principal, a great deal of flexibility will be essential and on-call 24/7 cover. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complex diary management, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and managing all personal appointments
• Manage and filter all professional and personal email inboxes, post, etc.
• Act as a gate-keeper whilst always prioritising the needs of the principal
• Manage photoshoots
• Fluent with business administration
• Global travel management and scheduling, including private and commercial jets
• Manage all administration in relation to the dogs, including vet appointments and care
• Manage third-party relationships
• Event management & coordination
• Liaising with their wider team to ensure the smooth and transparent running of the household
• Travelling with the principal when required
• Ad-hoc duties as required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior EA and Private PA experience supporting a high-net-worth individual
• Must have a love for dogs
• Attention to detail, highly organised and efficient
• Very proactive, adaptable and unruffled by changing plans
• Hands-on, hardworking and disciplined
• Accountable and self-motivated
• Great communicator
• Professional demeanour and etiquette
• Open, empathetic and humble
• Calm and polite
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Excellent checkable references
