HR ANALYST TO JOIN GLOBAL FTSE250 ENGINEERING FIRM

We are partnered with a Global FTSE250 engineering company to source three experienced HR Analysts to join their team in Krakow, Poland. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will work as part of a team to provide daily assistance in the support of SuccessFactors for the global user community. This role is open to local candidates, as well as candidates who are willing to relocate to Krakow, Poland – a relocation package will be offered.

You will require prior HR Analyst experience, as well as proficiency and experience with SAP SuccessFactors. The client is English-speaking business, and therefore the role requires fluency in English as well as exceptional communication skills. You will need to be a quick learner, who is analytical, able to keep track of multiple issues simultaneously, collaborative, and adept to determining the best route to meet deadlines.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with the ability to accrue overtime. Our client is happy to consider HR Analysts with SAP SuccessFactor experience from any industry.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Support the Group Head of HR Excellence to deliver class leading HR Systems
• Maintain and develop the core HRIS systems in line with the HR Systems strategy
• Contribute to HRIS projects
• Carry out annual process launch configuration tasks and provide data, reporting and analytical support to annual HR processes
• Respond to HR Helpdesk tickets
• Identifying and proposing reporting and data solutions to regular tasks and requirements
• Provide new user training support
• Prepare, review and distribute monthly and quarterly headcount reports
• Monitor and audit data quality
• Support reporting processes
• Publish data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
• Report Automation
• Produce and track KPIs
• Develop reports to meet requirements of HR and Senior Management
• Provide technical support to the user community

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior HR Analyst experience
• Proficiency and experience with SuccessFactors Systems
• Statistical or data related qualification
• Impeccable IT skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel to an intermediate level
• Knowledge of BIRT reporting tools and exposure to business intelligence
• Experience of working in a Shared Service Support environment, ideally for an international company
• Excellent communication skills and business level proficiency in English
• Being able to adapt communication to the proficiency of individuals
• Impeccable IT skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel to an intermediate level
• Eligibility to work in Poland
• Excellent checkable references
