PART-TIME LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER – LOS ANGELES

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly professional Housekeeper to join a fully staffed busy home in West Los Angeles. This is a fast-paced role where excellent organizational skills are required, as well as flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive nature. The ideal candidate will have proven longevity in a similar role and be a team player who can work closely alongside the rest of the house staff to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness.

An excellent communicator, you will be able to follow instructions well and make sure the household is run smoothly without any hiccups. You will be switched on and pay close attention to detail, coordinating cleaning around the family’s movements and pay special attention to the organization of the family’s items and areas, following organizational systems.

Working in 30-35 hours per week, you will either work the early, mid or late shift, including working over weekends when required, so flexibility is of essence for this role. Benefits include two weeks paid vacation per year and $475 per month toward a choice of various Blue Shield HMO / PPO plans.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Overseeing and working closely alongside housekeepers to continually provide detail level cleaning to all areas of the interior and exterior of the property
• Coordinating cleaning around the family’s movements to take advantage of even brief opportunities to provide service to areas of the household
• Continually provide detail level cleaning to all areas of the interior and exterior of the property, demonstrating a high and consistent level of attention to detail
• Meticulously follow cleaning and organizational guidelines to ensure the house is maintained in a very clean and organized manner
• Provide feedback to management recommending improvements to protocols to improve service

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in a similar role for HNW or UHNW clients
• Hard working and dedicated team player
• Organized, meticulous and a strong eye for detail
• Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work early mornings and late evenings, as well as weekends
• Based locally within a commutable distance from the home in West Los Angeles
• The right to live and work in the USA
• Excellent, checkable references
