We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a private Ultra High Net-Worth family based in Qatar. This is a unique opportunity to work in a private setting, providing tailored, high-quality fitness instruction to the Principal on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible, professional, and able to work with the Principals individual needs, schedules, and preferences. The role offers a full relocation package, accommodation, and a work visa.

The successful candidate will provide daily private Pilates sessions in their private residence. These sessions will be tailored to the Principals specific fitness goals and needs. The instructor will be responsible for developing customised training programs for the Principal and her family as required based on their fitness goals, preferences, and health requirements.

The instructor must have strong expertise in Pilates Reformer techniques and equipment, ensuring that the sessions are not only effective but also safe. It is essential for the instructor to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The privacy of the family must be respected, and the instructor should always act with discretion and integrity.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced, preferably with experience working for UHNW families or high-profile clients in a private setting. A valid certification in Pilates Reformer from an internationally recognised institution is required. The role offers a full relocation package, accommodation, and a work visa.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Provide tailored Pilates Reformer sessions to the family on a daily basis
• Develop customised training programs for the family based on fitness goals, preferences, and health requirements
• Have a strong command of Pilates Reformer techniques and equipment, ensuring safety, effective posture correction, and optimal results
• Help create an environment of relaxation, balance, and well-being for the family
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism at all times

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior experience as a private Pilates Instructor, with a proven track record of working for UHNW families or high-profile clients in a private setting
• Certification in Pilates Reformer
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the family, understanding their needs and preferences
• Friendly, approachable, patient, and personable with the ability to build a strong rapport
• Must be willing to relocate to Qatar for the role
• Valid UK passport
