TEMPORARY LIVE-OUT STEWARDESS REQUIRED IN MAYFAIR
We are assisting an UHNW family with the recruitment of a professional, experienced, discreet and well-rounded Temporary Stewardess to work at their large, fully staffed household in Mayfair. The role is to start on the 15th of December through till the 4th of January 2025.
Working alongside the existing housekeeping team and reporting to the team leader and the House Manager, our clients are searching for a stewardess with a team player mentality and a willingness to muck in where required. A positive attitude and an energetic approach are essential for this fast-paced role, as well as physical stamina, as it’s a large townhouse spread over 7 floors.
You will be discreet, reliable and well-presented with brilliant housekeeping and service skills and an excellent eye for detail. Working collaboratively with other household staff, you will ensure that all the family’s needs are met, and duties will include general cleaning, assisting with linen changes, watering plants and ensuring the courtyard is kept clean and tidy as well as assisting one other stewardess with service either during breakfast or dinner times. (Full training will be given by a fully qualified Butler trainer)
Working 6 days per week, you would be required to work 10 hours a day between the hours of 7am-11pm, depending on the schedule. It is extremely important to note that the ideal candidate would need to be available to work on Christmas day.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• General cleaning of living areas, bathrooms, kitchen, and spa areas
• Assisting with bed linen changes when required
• Assisting the Chef with washing up duties
• Polishing service ware and assisting with service
• Sweeping the courtyard and decking outside
• Watering plants
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior housekeeping and service experience onboard superyachts
• Fluency in English and the right to live and work in the UK
• Hardworking, dedicated and high attention to detail
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Team player with a positive attitude
• London based
• Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet
• Excellent checkable references
