DAILY NANNY/GOVERNESS REQUIRED IN HOLLAND PARK
A lovely family of four based in Holland Park would like to appoint an experienced and dedicated Nanny/Governess to look after their two young children (aged 6 & 11). The family are ideally looking for someone with a great educational background and a true passion for childcare.
The Nanny should be a great team player and will be responsible for liaising with the schools/other parents and nannies to arrange play dates and extracurricular activities, oversee homework for both children as well as prepare meals for the children and babysit when required. Ideally the family would like the nanny to hold a valid driving licence.
You will be fit, active, energetic and highly organised. The role will also include some admin tasks and helping with schedules and meal plans for the children. • Children’s diary (appointments, play dates etc.)
• Liaising with teachers, schools, other nannies, and parents
• Facilitating age-appropriate learning and educational activities
• Assisting with and overseeing homework
• School runs and taking children to extracurricular activities
• Tidying up after the children and preparing and serving their meals
• Being a role model for the two children
• Occasional travel & staying over at the Oxfordshire property if required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Prior private Nanny experience within a private household
• Kind, caring and attentive
• Organised, exceptional communicator and excellent English
• Willingness to adapt to the parents’ way of doing things when required
• Approachable and flexible
• Well-mannered, well-presented and a pleasure to have around
• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to drive in London
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Excellent checkable references
