TEMPORARY CLEANER REQUIRED FOR HNW FAMILY OFFICE

We are assisting a wonderful family run office to source an experienced, energetic, and hard-working Temp Cleaner/Housekeeper to undertake the cleaning tasks in this double storey office space, including the kitchen space, business suites and boardroom. Responsible for keeping this family office in pristine condition, duties will include all general and deep cleaning duties.

It is essential that you must have excellent knowledge of how to care for luxury furnishings and surfaces and have a good understanding of the use of appropriate cleaning products, as well as have basic administrative knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is personable, able to manage their time effectively and a team player with good communication skills

This temporary role would be from the 10th – 17th of May, working hours would be Monday to Friday from 4pm-8pm. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has prior experience working for UHNW clients.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• General cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing and cleaning bathrooms
• High standard of cleaning in all areas of the office space
• Ad hoc duties when necessary
• Making sure the kitchen space is always clean, tidy and organised
• Restock bathrooms with supplies
• Purchasing flowers, ordering and replenishing provisions for the family office suite
• Watering plants in family office suite
• Monitoring and maintain kitchen supplies, replenish snacks and beverages
• Clearing meeting rooms
• Greeting guests and providing refreshments (occasionally)
• Setting up boardroom catering for events and meetings

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior housekeeping experience for an UHNW client
• Good knowledge of cleaning products and able to care for high-end furnishings
• A high level of spoken English
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Hardworking and dedicated
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Excellent checkable references
