PART-TIME PRIVATE PA TO SUPPORT UHNWI

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Private PA to support an ultra-high-net-worth client on a part-time basis, ensuring every element of their private life runs smoothly at all times. Working mornings through the week, you will be the right hand to the principal and her go-to in terms of organisation and administration. Our client is a lovely lady who is very busy and has interests in the art and fashion world – she is looking for an experienced Private PA who can hit the ground running.

A varied role, you will be responsible for managing the principal’s diary and social calendar, making reservations, booking travel and holidays, liaising with stylists and make-up artists, personal shopping, organising events and parties, project management and everything in between - no two days will be the same and the role requires a PA with a great deal of initiative and enthusiasm.

This is a fully staffed household, with nannies, chauffeurs and housekeepers so the ability to work as part of a team is key, as well as being able to work autonomously.

Working predominantly from her home office in South Kensington, the usual working hours will be 09:00-13:00 four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - but the client can be flexible for the right candidate). The salary offered is £18,000 per annum for part-time hours.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Diary management and organisation of social calendar
- Planning and organising events and parties
-  Booking all travel and family holidays, including visas, accommodation, itineraries etc.
- Liaising with stylists and personal shopping
- Booking make-up artists and beauty appointments
- Managing all household finances and paying bills
- Oversight of household staff
- Managing insurances and negotiating new contracts
- Liaising with the children’s PA and assisting with organisation of schedules and liaison with schools etc.
- Project management
- Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Prior experience as a Private PA supporting an ultra-high-net-worth client
- Highly personable, confident and able to liaise at all levels
- Organised, hardworking and efficient
- Computer and tech-savvy (Mac)
- An interest in the arts or fashion would be advantageous
- Fluency in English – both verbal and written
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Live a commutable distance from South Kensington
- Excellent checkable references
