RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE BUSINESS MEMBERS

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Receptionist to join a team at our client’s luxury serviced offices and private business members club in Central London. The club features luxury meeting rooms, private office suites and office pods as well as relaxing lounges set over five floors.
 
You will be the face of the centre, personally welcoming visitors and tenants ensuring an outstanding experience throughout their time within the centre. You will be friendly and solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile and you need to make sure everyone feels good. You will make members feel at home and encourage a friendly, collaborative working environment for all.
 
You will need to roll up your sleeves. You’ll drop tools and help out when the call goes out for ‘all hands-on deck!’ Whether it’s clearing up after an event or simply helping out a member in need, you’re on hand, smiling and working hard!
 
You will have previous experience as a Receptionist and be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, whilst also being flexible, keen and personable. You should take an enthusiastic and proactive approach to any given task, be willing to help out when your colleagues need it, remembering that the customer experience is the utmost priority.

This role is based in their Fulham branch, and usual working hours are Monday-Friday with 2 possible shifts (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm).

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Prior experience in a similar role as a receptionist
- Fluency in English - both verbal and written
- Well-polished and well-presented
- Naturally customer-focussed and service-orientated
- A happy and friendly dispositions
- Hardworking and driven to exceed expectations
- Able to work as part of a team
- Flexible in approach to duties and happy to ‘muck in’ where required
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent checkable references
