HR & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR FOR PROPERTY FIRM

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious and driven HR and Office Administrator to join one of London's leading property firms. You will be exceptionally organised, have a keen eye for detail and be highly proactive, always ensuring the best possible support to the HR Director and wider team. You will have prior experience in an HR and administrative setting and be eager to utilise and expand on your existing skillset.
 
The company employs approximately 220 people, with approximately 20 people based in the New HQ offices in Marylebone. You will be highly personable and able to build excellent working relationships with the HR Director, other executives, administrative colleagues, and the wider team. 
 
This is a fantastic company to work for – they look after their staff well and have excellent longevity across the team. Usual working hours are 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
 
Duties to include:
- People HR and pensions admin
- Prepare offer letters, simple contracts from templates, salary increase letters, etc.
- Assist the HR Director will general organsiational and administration
- Sales presentation
- Oversee and process accounts
- HR audit queries
- Fire warden and first aider
- Phone cover and direction
- Office management: building management point of contact
- Manage company list/staff list for security
- Manage the Receptionist

Essential criteria:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Prior experience and an interest in HR
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and grammar skills
- Organised and proactive
- Enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Personable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident and able to communicate at all levels
- A keen eye for detail
- Tech-savvy – skilled across the Microsoft suite
- Excellent checkable references
