EXPERIENCED NANNY FOR HIGH PROFILE UHNW FAMILY

We are working with a fantastic high profile UHNW family based in North London to source a highly experienced and knowledgeable Nanny to care for their three children, all under the age of 5. The family are looking for an approachable, calm, and hard-working Nanny to remain with them long-term.

The ideal candidate is a traditional Nanny who is confident, able to work on their own initiative, but also willing to adapt to the family’s way of doing things. The role will be a combination of sole charge and shared care as these hands-on parents like to be actively involved in the day-to-day care of their children.  They would like the Nanny to nurture the children to have great experiences and ideally the Nanny should also be a swimmer so that this can be another activity for the children to enjoy. The family have a preference for Norland-trained nannies but will also consider candidates without Norland training.

Duties will include school runs, organising after school activities and playdates, cooking for the children as well as all other nursery duties. A driving license is essential for this role and though no pet-care is required, the family would like to appoint a pet-friendly Nanny.

The role is open to both live-in and live-out candidates and usual working hours are from Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm. Should accommodation be required, the Nanny will have a spacious en-suite bedroom and all living expenses and food will be covered by the family as well.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Bathing and dressing
- School runs
- Nursery duties – ensuring the children’s rooms, toys and play areas are neat and tidy
- Assisting with weaning
- Assisting with potty-training
- Preparing healthy and balanced meals and snacks for the children
- Working closely with additional staff to ensure a smooth itinerary each day
- Assisting with schoolwork and homework
- Organising after school activities
- Playing with the children
- Offering the children consistency and security

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Private nanny experience working with high profile clients
- Ideally Norland-trained but not essential
- Enhanced DBS check
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Calm, organised and able to prioritise and multitask
- Experience working within a staffed household
- Eligibility to legally live and work in the UK
- Excellent checkable references
