ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF NEEDED FOR A 100m PRIVATE M/Y

We are looking for an excellent sous chef to support the Head Chef, ideally with Michelin Star Experience, and must have big boat experience. The principal is looking for top of the top in terms of food.  Quality, presentation, and creativity must be superior. He prefers Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine so those need to be incorporated into daily meal planning. Guest trips are usually 4 – 8 guests at a time.

Looking for someone who is committed and would like to stay with the vessel for at least 2 years if not more.  There is room for growth within the fleet and the company. The vessel runs with 37 crew in total.  3 in the galley team. Head Chef, Sous Chef & Crew Chef

Schedule: Med - TBC
Start Date: ASAP

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- STCW/ENG1
- Must be culinary trained
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Sous Chef Experience on large yachts

PACKAGE
- Salary:  DOE
- 2 months on: 2 months off
