EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR JUNIOR PA IN QATAR
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior Personal Assistant to support a wonderful principal in Doha, Qatar. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with an Ultra High Net Worth individual from their beautiful home.
As the Personal Assistant, you will oversee and manage the principal's appointments and schedules, meticulously planning and coordinating events. Arranging travel itineraries, handling transport and accommodation while accompanying the principal on trips and assisting with packing and unpacking to ensure all items are organised. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will liaise with household staff in both Doha and the South of France to supervise various projects and maintenance tasks. The responsibilities also include providing personal shopping assistance, wardrobe care, and the procurement of luxury goods, as well as managing communication and correspondence on behalf of the principal.
The Personal Assistant will be flexible with their hours to accommodate busy periods and downtime, and be on hand to travel alongside the principal when required.
The position offers several attractive benefits, including 30 paid vacation days each year, the use of a company car, and a yearly discretionary bonus. Additionally, employees receive comprehensive medical coverage and visa sponsorship is provided.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Meticulous diary organisation, scheduling all personal appointments
• Luxury travel coordination, research, and execution of holidays
• Lifestyle and event planning
• Estate management of properties and the staff within

• Problem-solving and calmly and quickly managing any last-minute changes or emergencies
• Travelling with the principal as required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with HNW individuals
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and a pleasant demeanour with a strong ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent verifiable references
