OFFICE MANAGER FOR VIBRANT BRAND MANAGEMENT FIRM
We are searching for a passionate and dedicated Office Manager to make a positive impact in a thriving Central London office for a global, family-run brand management company.
As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a vibrant and efficient workplace. By focusing on creating a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees, you will ensure that the office runs smoothly and effectively. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who appreciates the importance of first impressions and the overall work environment.
The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained environment that enhances productivity and client comfort. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients in both the office spaces and showrooms. Effective communication is crucial, as you will be responsible for handling correspondence, addressing complaints, and keeping all staff informed. As well as organising meetings, lunches and consistently anticipating the client and employee’s needs.
To uphold operational efficiency, the Office Manager will ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and coordinate necessary facilities maintenance with internal and external contractors. Compliance with health and safety regulations is essential, with updated policies in place to meet standards. The Office Manager will also anticipate any potential issues and implement solutions proactively.

The usual working hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm from the offices in Central London, with some flexibility required when important clients are attending the offices.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Supporting staff, maintaining morale within the office, and organising social events
• Managing online and paper filing systems, keeping these up-to-date
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
• Welcoming clients and ensuring their needs and specific requirements are met
• Managing the budget by recording expenses and preparing reports
• Organising the office layout, managing employee schedules, and booking meeting rooms
• Ensuring the health and safety policies are up to date
• Communicating with internal and external contractors
• Thinking ahead and being proactive in anticipating and solving problems
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in bookkeeping and office software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong verifiable references
