TRAVELLING PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR UHNWI
We are seeking a highly organised, well-travelled and proactive Personal Assistant to handle a variety of critical responsibilities while travelling alongside an ultra-high-net-worth individual who is dedicating much of his time to exploring the world. The role involves comprehensive travel co-ordination and attendance, including organising flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries for trips to destinations such as Greece, the USA, Singapore, India, Dubai, Switzerland, mainland Europe, and the UK, among many others.
The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with private jet crews, yacht crews, and hotels to ensure all preferences and requirements are met before travel. On-the-ground support is crucial, this position requires travelling alongside the principal, assisting with last-minute changes, addressing any issues, and running errands to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the role includes comprehensive diary management, where you will maintain the principal's calendar, handle correspondence, and organise important documents. You will also oversee the co-ordination of international events attended by the principal to ensure all details are meticulously managed. Lastly, you will be tasked with assisting with any and all personal matters, requiring the highest degree of discretion and loyalty at all times.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the right candidate to travel the world while ensuring their principal's needs are met. You will be required to be on call 24/7 during trips and must be available to adapt quickly and travel on short notice. There will be some downtime between trips or when the principal stays in one country for an extended period due to work commitments.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE
• Around the clock, on-call service
• Remaining on standby to problem-solve during trips
• Frequent travel alongside the principal
• Ensure the principal's preferences have been communicated in advance
• Organise travel and accommodation, inclusive of private flights, hotels, drivers, charters and visa applications
• Comprehensive and efficient diary management
• Full co-ordination of any international events that the principal attends on trips
• Management of personal business when required
• Ad-hoc errand running
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• High level of flexibility and willingness to be on call 24/7
• Extensive experience in a Personal Assistance role with global responsibilities
• Highly capable with strong problem-solving abilities
• A powerful passport that allows for the most visa-free entry
• Well-travelled and adaptable to evolving environments and cultures
• Professional and positive attitude, personable and approachable
• Operates with the utmost discretion and loyalty
• High level of organisation
• Exacting attention to detail
• Able to travel at short notice
• Security experience is a bonus but not essential
