EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO SUPPORT DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTANCY FIRM WILTSHIRE
Location: Wiltshire | Hybrid (Office & Remote)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
We are pleased to introduce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the founder and director of a modern accountancy firm with offices across Wiltshire.

In this right-hand role, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the firm's founder and director, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and enhancing his overall efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing the founder’s inbox by prioritising urgent matters and providing prompt responses. The EA will also coordinate and schedule meetings, client calls, and networking events while effectively managing a busy calendar. Travel arrangements are essential, with the EA expected to organise all logistics, including accommodations and itineraries.
Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and team members will be critical in fostering collaboration. The role also involves assisting in the organisation and execution of various events, ranging from charity initiatives to in-house gatherings.
This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday, 9-5 schedule, with the flexibility to attend and assist at evening events throughout the year. This role is hybrid, splitting time between working from home and in the offices.
DUTIES INCLUDE
• Oversee and manage the founder’s inbox, prioritising urgent matters and ensuring timely responses.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, client calls, and networking events while effectively managing a busy calendar.
• Organise all travel logistics
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and team members
• Assist in organising and executing various events
• Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the founder's time is protected and that commitments are met
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Good sense of humour is a must
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Driving license and access to a car to commute between the offices
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent verifiable references
