ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS NEEDED FOR A 82m MY
Start Date: 15th December 2024
Schedule: Med – Caribbean TBC
Our client is seeking a confident and composed Chief Stewardess with charter experience to join a well-established team.
The role involves managing charter administration, stock control, provisioning, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse, multi-national interior team. This is a long-standing crew with established procedures and efficient systems, so the ability to maintain consistency without disrupting the team's dynamics is essential. Please apply only if you're comfortable working within the current structure and continuing what is already in place.
Excellent communication skills are required, along with a collaborative approach to working with your rotational counterpart and HODs. You'll be expected to lead the interior team with integrity, fostering a supportive, unified atmosphere built on strong morals and values.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
• STCW/ENG1
• Must have charter experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience on a 70m+ charter vessels
• B1/B2 in hand
PACKAGE:
• Salary: 7500 Euro per month
• Rotation: 10 weeks on/10 weeks off
