We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 100m+ private motor yacht.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in yachting, with at least 3 years in a Bosun role, and at least 1 year of experience working as Bosun on a yacht of 100m+ or aboard a 5-star cruise ship.

Strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of deck operations, and a proven ability to manage a team are essential. Experience in coordinating and overseeing maintenance, tender operations, and safety protocols is required. Additionally, candidates with a background in shipyard and refit work will be highly valued.

This is a 10-week on and 10-week off rotation, with annual flights and a seniority bonus scheme.

Runs with a crew of 40 - 50.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:

• STCW/ENG1
• Yachtmaster
• Navigational Watch Rating (NWR) Certificate
• Helicopter Landing Assistant (HLA) Certificate
• Designated Security Duties
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shot
• Willingness to undergo medical screening (TB test)
• Powerboat Level 2
• 3 years’ experience in a Bosun role and at least 1 year on 100m+ vessels
• Excellent references needed

PACKAGE:

• Salary: 4500 Euro per month
• Rotation: 10 weeks on/10 weeks off
