PA TO SUPPORT CEO WITH A LARGE PROPERTY PORTFOLIO

We are looking for an Personal Assistant with a background working with debt finance in real estate to support the CEO of a large property and investment portfolio. This is a very exciting opportunity whereby you will be expected to support the CEO in all traditional PA duties, as well as to support him in his focus on further developing his companies.

The CEO is extremely driven and works at a fast pace, therefore, an individual who is organised, methodical, and cool-headed during busy periods would thrive in this role. You will be responsible for the complete management of his diaries and emails, as well as meeting scheduling and notes, document admin, and dealing with inquiries. Additionally, you would be required to assist heavily in the role of proofreading all correspondence, therefore, a high level of English language and writing skills are required.

He is looking for a reliable, honest Personal Assistant with whom he can build an excellent working relationship and who can be a sounding board for his ideas. Due to the demands of his portfolio, this CEO is looking for a candidate that can be autonomous and build an environment with him that allows him to focus wholly on his projects.

Previous PA experience is essential for this role. Knowledge of or experience in real estate, property development, and debt financing would be hugely advantageous.

Usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, working from a Central London office.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Diary and email management for the CEO
• Proofreading all written correspondence
• Meeting scheduling and notes
• General administration duties
• Set up meetings with strategic and key partners
• Gatekeeping - taking calls, dealing with inquiries and issues, and providing suitable solutions
• Folder and document management
• Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Previous experience as an PA in a similar role
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience in or knowledge of real estate and property development, and a familiarity with debt finance
• Strong organisational skills and exacting attention to detail
• Polished, presentable, and confident with clients and partners
• Excellent checkable references
