PA TO CEO & OFFICE MANAGER – SHOREDITCH FINTECH

We have partnered with a growing Fintech company who are looking to appoint a superstar Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO. This multitasking role will offer a great deal of variety, a vibrant working environment, and an incredibly supportive high-performing team. Providing 1:1 support to the CEO, you will manage his diary, travel, gatekeeping, as well as ensure he is prepared for all meetings and engagements. Alongside which, you will also be the go-to person in the office (70 people), responsible for organising the office, and ensuring the business runs smoothly.

PA to CEO Duties

·         PA support for the CEO, proactively manage his diary and ensure it is up-to-date.

·         Ensure CEO is prepped for meetings and is keeping on track of his daily schedule.

·         Manage complex travel bookings – both business and private.

·         Arrange board meetings, collating relevant paperwork, preparing briefing materials, and taking minutes where necessary.

·         Following up on actions from meetings to ensure all outcomes are delivered.

·         Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and other members of the Senior Team.


Office Manager Duties

·         Maintain a positive office environment - ensuring it’s tidy and fully stocked.

·         Manage incoming and outgoing post

·         Greet guests when they arrive and manage meeting room bookings.

·         Deal with IT and H&S issues – liaise with facilities and ensure maintenance is carried out.

·         Support HR & Operations Manager with employee onboarding and all set-up requirements

·         Assist the wider team in booking travel and accommodation as required.

·         Be proactive is assisting the wider team to ensure the office runs effectively

·         Arrange events and team socials.

 

Essential Criteria

·         Previous experience in a PA / Office Manager role.

·         A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude – willing to turn your hand to a variety of duties.

·         Strong attention to detail and discretion

·         Highly organised and able to multitask.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Checkable references
