This is an amazing opportunity for a Private Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high net worth individual in Central London. The principal has a varied portfolio of businesses on a global scale and is looking for first-class support to manage all of their private matters, as well as some business assistance.

Working collaboratively with a team of PAs, you will ensure that everything in the principal’s private life runs smoothly, overseeing multiple properties and tenants, managing complex and very frequent travel, and ever-changing schedules, and ensuring that any hurdles are always overcome efficiently and effectively.

Liaison with suppliers and contractors – maintaining and building relationships.
Travelling with the principal on occasion internationally.
Liaising with the principal’s family to ensure everyone is aware of their schedule and commitments.
Run errands and personal shopping when required.
Other administrative and organisational duties on request.
Flexibility to be on-call and travel with short notice.

Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative.
A self-starter who will go above and beyond to get the job done.
