SENIOR IT ENGINEER – PRIVATE FAMILY OFFICE & HOME

We are working with highly prestigious ultra-high net worth family to source a Senior IT Engineer for their Private Family Office and Household in London. Based in their Mayfair Office and reporting into the Director, and occasionally from the Household reporting into the Household Manager, you will utilise your broad technical skills to support existing systems, as well as be involved in diverse projects, and planning systems for a new build property.

You will ensure that all IT matters are dealt with efficiently and effectively, and that everything runs smoothly at all times. The go-to person for everything IT-related you will work to understand their existing systems, maintain current function, as well as advise on and plan for new systems and improvements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to take the next step in their career working for an influential and incredibly prestigious family office. A small and welcoming team, usual office hours are 9am – 6pm with flexibility required at times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Audio and visual installations and advice in the home and business environments
• Working with the interior designers & developers for custom AV Solutions and Home Integrations
• Control4 – Senior engineer in the company, designing and delivering specialised system based on the requirements from our client
• Music & home cinema systems & multi room audio services
• LCD and OLED screen installations
• Configuration and connectivity solutions for new & existing equipment
• Thorough working knowledge and experience of AMX, Elan, Nuvo, Crestron, Control 4 control systems, PBX systems, including DECT.
• High specification multi-room audio / video system design and integration
• IT support / integration and design for our projects using Cisco, Unifi and Draytek network equipment.
• Project manager – taking control of projects and deliver them on time and budget
• 4G LTE networks integrations and implementations in various locations where these solutions are required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Previous experience in a role undertaking all of the above duties.
• A proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Punctual, professional and trustworthy acting with a high level of discretion at all times.
• Problem solver who will overcome hurdles to get the job done.
• Autonomous and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent checkable references.
