We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Private PA and Diary Manager to support an incredibly driven and highly successful businesswoman in Central London. You will provide first-class support to ensure the smooth running of the principal’s diary and scheduling, as well as provide support across all areas of the principal’s personal life. You will be approachable, able to remain calm and adapt well to last-minute changes. Discretion is of absolute importance, as well as the ability to be an ambassador for the principal at all times.

Based in the family office in Central London, typical working hours are 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Flexibility will be required, with out-of-hours support when needed. Initially, the role will be required to be in the office 5 days per week, however, there will be the opportunity for hybrid working once settled into the role. Benefits include 21 days holiday plus bank, discretionary bonus, and pension.
