EA TO CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER FOR GLOBAL TECH COMPANY
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a global technology company supporting one of their C-Suites Executives. This is a highly reputable company that employs internationally over 14,000 employees. Based in their corporate offices, the working environment is professional yet friendly and welcoming.
The Chief People Officer travels regularly and has a busy and ever-changing schedule. You will be responsible for global travel arrangements, diary and inbox management, presentations, and meeting preparation across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, be able to perform various tasks simultaneously and take pride in all their work.
This fast-paced role requires a proactive self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset. The client seeks someone who is dynamic, sharp, and can respond rapidly and flexibly to the principal’s needs.
Typical office hours are 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the need to be flexible to work out of hours when required. This role requires the successful candidate to be on-site five days a week.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Complex diary management across multiple time zones
• Global ever-changing travel arrangements and logistics – including coordinating visas, booking flights, hotels, car transfers and taxis, producing detailed travel packs and itineraries
• Correspondence management, including prioritising emails, drafting emails as well as letters
• Document preparation and administration; designing, producing, formatting and collating documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ad hoc project work – including research, meeting preparation, minute taking, document and presentation creation and management
• Liaising with internal departments and both internal and external stakeholders
• General administration
• Additional ad hoc support when required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior EA experience supporting a C-Suite in a similar working environment, preferably within an agile organisation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills - excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organised and efficient
• Dynamic, sharp, and highly flexible
• Team player – eager to communicate
• Highly proactive, self-motivated and can-do approach
• Hardworking and driven
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Discreet and able to handle highly sensitive information in confidence at all times
• Excellent interpersonal skills – confident in dealing with very senior professionals within and outside of the business, approachable and with a good sense of humour
• Fluent in English – in both written and spoken
• Excellent checkable reference
