MARKETING MANAGER FOR LUXURY PROPERTY CONSULTANCY

We have an amazing opportunity for a driven and ambitious Marketing Manager for a highly regarded and rapidly growing luxury property, design and delivery consultancy, who work with UHNW and high-profile clients globally. Based in Central London, you will join an existing team of 13, with plans to grow by 50% in the coming 12 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are looking to progress their career and join an exciting and thriving company. With the support of a junior marketeer, you will be responsible for managing all social media - so a good knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram is important – and you will also manage the company’s newsletter which goes out to clients, referrers and partners.

This is a fast-paced office that requires a dynamic, committed and adaptable candidate. Eager to learn, and driven to excel at everything you do – you will be happy to assist across the board and immerse yourself in the business as a whole. The ideal candidate would have knowledge in the luxury industry and experience working with HNW and UHNW clientele, have excellent creative writing skills and bring new and fresh ideas to the company.

The ideal candidate would need to have a few years of experience in a similar role, be a team player, along with a flexible approach to duties - as the company scales, your role too will evolve and therefore you will need to adapt and grow within this position.

Usual working hours are 08:30-18:00 Monday to Thursday, and then 09:00 –16:00 on Fridays (with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays most weeks).

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
• Design, implement and execute marketing strategy and execution
• Social media management, including publishing, content writing, engaging and monitoring analytics
• Manage developing sponsored campaigns across social media platforms
• Coordination and lead the newsletter and database management
• Regularly updating website content
• Manage PR and SEO account relationships
• Compiling detailed monthly reports to present to the board of directors
• Attending industry-relevant events

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• At least 2 years of marketing experience
• A background in property, luxury fields, interior design or a creative field would also be highly desirable.
• Experience and competency with presentation software, including Microsoft Word, Adobe, InDesign, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong social media skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and exacting attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
• Brilliant level of spoken and written English and the ability to creatively write for blog and social media posts
• Polished, presentable and confident with clients and partners
• Hard-working and a team player
• Eager to learn and flexible with duties
• Excellent checkable references
