SENIOR EA TO CEO – GROWING AUTOMOTIVE TECH FIRM

We are looking for a superstar senior Executive Assistant with extensive C-suite experience to be the right-hand support to the CEO of the international division of a globally expanding automotive tech company. This is an exciting new role for a start-up division – the global company have set up an international HQ in London and are currently recruiting key roles to ensure that the growth is a huge success. As the gatekeeper to the International CEO, our client is in need of a highly professional, dedicated and experienced EA who can hit the ground running.

You will be impeccably organised, have exacting attention to detail, be diligent in your work and go above and beyond when needed. This position is well-suited for a determined, resilient and confident and ambitious individual who is looking for an exciting new challenge and is happy to be flexible to ensure the success of the business continues.

Based in the office near St Kathrine’s Dock Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, this role does require flexibility to work outside of these hours as the principal travels frequently and across multiple time zones.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively planning and managing the CEO’s diary with the ability to make quick decisions and react with urgency when necessary.
• Extensive travel planning, including but not limited to: hotels, transfers, flight bookings, detailed itineraries etc.
• Occasional event planning, organisation and execution.
• Liaise with clients and communicate across all levels, in the absence of the principal.
• Project management and conducting research required for meetings.
• Processing business expenses and providing full business administrative support.
• Preparing for and scheduling meeting agendas.
• Ad-hoc personal duties.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• At least 10 years’ experience as an EA, with proven longevity in your previous roles.
• Holding a degree level education or equivalent.
• Excellent command and fluency of the English language.
• Brilliant communications skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
• High level of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Hands-on, hardworking and personable demeanour with a good sense of humour.
• Loyal and dedicated, polished, professional and an ambassador for the business.
• Able to pre-empt the principal’s needs and work proactively.
• Excellent tech skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Extremely organised and responsive to the needs of the CEO.
• Excellent checkable references.
