PRIVATE PA TO SUPPORT UHNWI IN NOTTING HILL

We have a new opportunity for a highly experienced Private PA to support an ultra-high net worth individual in Notting Hill. You will provide first-class support to ensure the smooth running of the principal’s private life, and occasionally some business matters. You will be proactive, and be able to pre-empt the principal’s needs, ensuring they are kept up to date with progress on ongoing projects.

This is a varied position so flexibility in terms of duties is key, as well as a high level of discretion and a naturally service-orientated approach. You will be hardworking, diligent, personable, and down to earth – excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships quickly.

Predominantly working remotely from home, you will work one or two days per week in Notting Hill, at the principal’s home, so you need to live a commutable distance to Central London. A driver is also essential for this role to allow easy errand running, and driving the principal to appointments.

Usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, however, you will be required to be on call outside of these hours.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Travel management - organising private jets, booking commercial flights, transfers, hotels and visas, and preparing detailed itineraries.
• Booking all personal family holidays.
• Diary management for the principal and wider family
• Overseeing properties; liaising with household staff and managing bills, contractors, security etc.
• Organising and assisting with events; parties, dinners and larger events.
• Correspondence management – email, post, phone calls.
• Project management.
• Finances and managing any expenses.
• Personal shopping.
• Liaison with schools on behalf of the children.
• Running errands when required.

REQUIRED CRITERIA:
• Extensive prior Private PA experience is essential for this role.
• Highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build brilliant working relationships.
• Professional, loyal and hardworking.
• Strong organisational skills, common sense and an eye for detail.
• Calm with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Excellent checkable references.

If this role sound of interest, and you meet the essential criteria, then please apply within or get in touch to find out more.
