PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO UHNW ENTREPRENEUR

We have a new exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support a driven and ambitious entrepreneur and successful businessman across all of his growing business interests, and potential new ventures. Currently running successful businesses in property development and hospitality, the principal is very busy and is looking for first-class organisational and administrative support from a hardworking, enthusiastic and positive personal assistant. With full management of the principal's diary and schedule, you will be a gatekeeper and ensure he is able to maximize his time in the office. In addition, you will also manage all administration and organsiation to ensure he can work effectively at all times.

You will be highly organised, proactive, positive with a ‘can-do’ approach, down to earth, personable and fun – excellent communication skills and grammar are essential, as a professional writing style. A background in hospitality would also be highly advantageous for the role, as well as a valid driving licence. Our client is looking to build a great working relationship with his PA, and hopes that the successful candidate will remain long-term and grow within the role

Based in amazing Head Offices in the West End, usual working hours will be Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, with out-of-hours on-call required.

Duties to include but not be limited to:
• Extensive diary management and scheduling meetings
• Travel arrangements, including cars, flights, hotels and agendas
• Gatekeeping and managing all correspondence
• Preparing meeting agendas and follow up to ensure all actions have been completed
• Managing expenses and liaising with accounts
• Event organsiation and planning
• Some ad-hoc personal duties and errand running
• General administration and research

Essential criteria:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA or within an administrative hospitality role
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and grammar skills
• Organised and proactive
• Enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Personable with excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident and able to communicate at all levels
• Hardworking and committed – a natural problem solver
• Well-presented and an ambassador for the principal
• Tech-savvy
• A valid UK driving licence
• Excellent checkable references
