JUNIOR PRIVATE PA TO SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSMAN

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Private PA to support a successful international businessman across all areas of his personal and business life. Based in his home office in North West London (NW10) you will be his right hand across all matters, conducting all organisation and administration is managed to a high standard, and ensuring his business and personal life run smoothly at all times.

This gentleman has recently had some medical problems, and therefore the need for a PA has arisen. You will be his eyes and ears to ensure he doesn’t miss a thing and that everything he requires is taken care of efficiently and professionally. You will manage his diary and all appointments, manage his inbox and respond to emails on his behalf, oversee his finances and liaise with accountants, book travel and transport, personal shopping, as well as general administration and organisation.

Our client is a lovely man to work for and has great respect for his staff – he is looking for a kind and caring PA who is reliable, professional, and dedicated. You will be a proactive self-starter who is able to work autonomously, but also take direction where required.

Usual working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours work required. This role can be self-employed or PAYE as desired.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Diary management, scheduling appointments and managing social calendar
• Inbox management and responding to emails on the principal’s behalf
• Overseeing all business administration
• Accompanying the principal to appointments
• Managing accounts, making payments and liaising with accountants
• Booking travel and preparing itineraries
• Arranging transport and taxis
• Personal shopping and online orders
• Liaising with healthcare providers and managing insurances
• Liaise with the full-time housekeeper
• Ad-hoc administration

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior experience within an administration role – ideally as a Private PA (min 2 years)
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Proactive and hardworking self-starter
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Kind, caring and patient
• Professional and boundaried
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Excellent checkable references
