EA – CREATIVE COMMS AGENCY

A really exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly diligent Executive Assistant, to join an international Creative Communications Agency in their trendy London office. Supporting two Directors in all of their business matters, you will ensure they are organised and able to work to optimum capacity. With frequent international travel, and hectic diaries, they are looking for a highly experienced EA who can create processes and devise new ways of working to ensure efficiency is achieved, and that their time is freed up to run and grow the business.

A vibrant and creative office, with a down-to-earth and welcoming team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a fun, confident, proactive and engaging Executive Assistant who wants to make a difference in a growing organisation.

As a new role, this position allows you to make your mark; from complex diary and travel arrangements, strong gatekeeping, to research and preparing for meetings, managing expenses and assisting with office management, you can offer new observations and direction to an established, yet developing organisation.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Complex diary management for two Directors
- International travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries
- Meeting coordination and preparation
- Research and preparation of reports
- Expenses management
- Gatekeeping: management of internal and external communications
- Meeting room management and booking
- Building strong internal and external working relationships
- General administration and upkeep of databases and spreadsheets
- Office management duties, including ordering stationary and supplies, liaising with facilities, managing incoming and outgoing post, arranging events, and being the go-to for any office related issues.

Essential Criteria
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Directors
- Checkable references
- A proactive and ‘can-do’ approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Be discreet, honest and reliable
- Confident, outgoing and personable
- Able to build excellent working relationships
- Hardworking and able to organise a busy office
