We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time (3 days per week) experienced Housekeeper for a high-net-worth family based in their home in Holland Park, London. This family of four are looking to appoint a hardworking and experienced Housekeeper to maintain very high standards of cleanliness across their 3-bedroom, 250m squared home. A busy family home, our clients are looking for someone who has exacting standards, a keen eye for detail and can hit the ground running with very little supervision.

You will need to have excellent knowledge of cleaning products and know how to care for fine fabrics and finishes. Prior experience within a high-net-worth household is preferred, although the family would consider applicants who have extensive experience in a 5-star hotel.

Hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00/12:00 to 18:00/19:00 with some flexibility required at times. The family have a cat so the successful candidate will need to be pet-friendly and happy to assist with pet care.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, hoovering, mopping, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
• Laundry and wardrobe management, including caring for fine fabrics and ironing
• Packing and unpacking for the principals
• Polishing silver and glassware
• Rubbish and recycling management
• Greeting guests and offering refreshments
• Flower arranging
• Managing stocks of cleaning products
• Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior housekeeping experience in a private household or 5-star hotel (minimum 3 years)
• Fluency in English
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Hardworking and dedicated
• High attention to detail
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Excellent checkable references
