PART-TIME PA REQUIRED FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIRM

We have an exciting new opportunity for a part-time Personal Assistant with prior experience in the property industry to support a highly successful businesswoman in her Property Management and Development firm, as well as assisting across her other business interests. Working 2 days per week, you will support the principal across all organisation, communication and administration for the businesses to ensure that everything runs smoothly at all times. With existing knowledge of the property industry, experience of working with estate agents, and a general understanding of contracts, you will be able to liaise confidently at all levels and assist the principal across the board.

Skills in social media management, and well as experience with podcast production, are both essential for this role, and you will be heavily involved assisting the principal manage and build her online profile across her business interests.

Driven, hardworking, enthusiastic and able to work autonomously, you be organised, efficient, personable, flexible in terms of duties and responsibilities, and able to overcome any hurdles you face with professionalism.

This role will initially be part-time, two days per week (flexible days) but could have the potential to go full-time in the future. Based between the office in Central London and remote working, you will be required to work independently with little supervision, so will need to be self-motivated.

Duties to include but not be limited to:
• All organisation and administration in relation to the businesses
• Diary management and meeting prep
• Communication management
• Liaison with clients, agents and other stakeholders
• Contract reviews and amendments
• Site-visits to properties (all London)
• Media research
• Social media management
• Podcast production
• Gatekeeping
• Occasional private duties
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

Essential criteria:
• Prior PA/Administrative experience within the property industry
• Social media management experience and podcast production knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken
• Right to work in the UK
• Organised, efficient and hardworking
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Loyal and trustworthy
• Excellent checkable references
