EXPERIENCED PRIVATE PA TO UHNWI – CENTRAL LONDON

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high net worth individual joining a team of PAs in their new Central London offices. This is a fast-paced and varied role that required first class support and a great deal of flexibility. You will be responsible for ensuring the principal and his family’s life runs smoothly at all times, including overseeing his multiple properties, organising incredibly complex travel and overseeing all diaries and correspondence. You will be the principal’s ‘right hand’ and go-to on all private and travel matters, and will go above and beyond to ensure everything is seamless.

The usual working hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday – Friday, however, they are subject to change from time to time and work outside of normal working hours is expected to ensure all tasks assigned are completed without delay.

The principal travels frequently, therefore an ability to make complex travel arrangements is essential, as well as a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Complex travel organisation and itineraries, accommodation, visas, transportation, and transfers.
- Complex diary management: prioritising and scheduling meetings, and appointments across different time zones
- Management of all correspondence
- Management and recruitment of household staff – building excellent working relationships
- Liaison with suppliers and contractors – maintaining and building relationships
- Travelling with the principal on occasion throughout Europe
- Running errands when required and personal shopping
- Other administrative and organisational duties on request

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum two years Private PA experience supporting a high net worth individual
- Ideally a diploma in secretarial or equivalent
- Professional and excellent verbal and written communication
- Possess strong administrative abilities with good organisational, interpersonal communication skills
- Distinct ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Result oriented, energetic and proactive with the ability to work independently
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Willingness to travel with short notice
- Calm with the ability to work well under pressure
- A self-starter who will go above and beyond to get the job done
- A team player who is willing to work collaboratively, as well as autonomously
- Proficiency in English is essential, and French and/or Italian would be an advantage
- Excellent checkable references
