PERSONAL ASSISTANT & OFFICE MANAGER – FINTECH

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a growing Fintech start-up supporting their two Directors and the wider team. This start-up is on a really exciting journey and wants to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and skilled assistant to ensure the Directors can focus on building the business and that the office runs smoothly at all times.

Taking care of the Director’s business administration and organisation, you will manage their diaries, organise any travel arrangements, schedule and track workloads, take meeting minutes, create agendas, research and create presentations, manage incoming enquiries and general office management duties. As this is a start-up company, a degree of flexibility will be required in terms of duties and responsibilities as the company and role evolve, meaning there will be great opportunity for this position to grow and develop with the business.  

Based in their Knightsbridge office, you will be the cog that keeps the wheels turning in the office and help the company stay organised and efficient during their exciting journey.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Travel arrangements, including cars, flights, hotels and agendas
- Enquiry management
- Gatekeeping
- Manage all correspondence and communication
- Schedule and track workloads, managing progress and assigning tasks

- Prepare agendas for meetings - take minutes and follow up to ensure all actions have been completed
- Managing expenses and liaising with accounts.
- Preparing meeting agendas and documentation
- General administration and research
- Answering all incoming calls and greeting guests
- General office management duties, such as ordering stationary, organising events

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
- Fluency in English both written and spoken - excellent communications skills
- Organised and proactive
- Enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- hardworking and committed – natural problem solver
- Well-presented and an ambassador for the organisation
- Tech Savvy (windows)
- Excellent checkable references
