We are working with an UHNWI to source a highly skilled, committed, and experienced full-time live-out Housekeeper for their large 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom home near Hampstead Heath, North London. The client has extremely high standards, therefore the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and maintain this beautiful home in pristine condition.

Responsible for the general cleanliness and tidiness of the home, you will also be responsible for liaising with service providers, overseeing the work of tradesmen/contractors and receiving and returning deliveries. The ability to work efficiently and proactively are essential requirements for this role, and you must have excellent knowledge of how to care for luxury furnishings and surfaces.

A part-time cleaner who focuses more on the deep cleaning and laundry management is also employed and comes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so being a team player with good organisational skills is important for this role. You will have good initiative and strong communication skills, and work closely with the PA, who will be your first point of contact, so most communication will be through her.

Working 5 days per week from 9am-5pm, it is preferred that the successful candidate live within an easily commutable distance from the property. The client values privacy, therefore, it is essential that you are discreet and respect boundaries. There are pets at the home, so the Housekeeper must be pet friendly and willing to undertake some pet care duties as part of the role.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Overseeing the daily running of the home
• Keeping on top of any key essentials and making sure they are replenished
• Overseeing contractors, answering the door and taking deliveries
• Processing returns
• General cleaning & tidying of the home
• Watering indoor plants
• Laundry and ironing to high standards
• Changing bed sheets
• Running local errands
• Having a clear system to keep track of the household cleaning supplies
• Walking two friendly dogs (with help from a dog walker twice a week)
• Preparing food for the dogs & taking the dogs to the vet

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior experience as a housekeeper in an UHNW private household (at least 5 years)
• Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK
• Hardworking, dedicated and energetic
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Team player with brillinat communication skills
• Trustworthy, reliable and personable
• Pet friendly
• Excellent checkable references
