FANTASTIC ROTA NANNY ROLE FOR HNW FAMILY IN LONDON
We have an amazing opportunity available for a highly experienced Rota Nanny to care for 2 young children on a 1-week on/1-week off or 2-weeks on/2-weeks off rotational basis. The family are looking for a kind, caring, loyal and trustworthy Nanny to provide the best possible care for their children and would prefer a Norland Nanny but are also open to qualified candidates without Norland-training. Knowledgeable and organised, you will be attentive, loyal, and discreet as well as energetic and enthusiastic.
The ideal candidate is a traditional Nanny who is confident and able to work on their own initiative, but also willing to adapt to the family’s way of doing things. A 24/7 role when on duty, you will be creative and always have age-appropriate activities planned, as well as being able to nurture the children to have great experiences. Someone with a background in education who would be able to assist with homework is highly desired. Additionally, any language or musical skills would also be highly advantageous.
The Nanny will initially be required to sleep in the room with the 2-year-old but will have private accommodation available on-site as well. Duties will include school runs, organising after school activities and playdates, as well as assisting with homework and all nursery duties. The family are looking to have someone in place by March 2025, but are also open to taking someone onboard earlier, if desired.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Bathing and dressing
• School runs
• Nursery duties – ensuring the children’s rooms, toys and play areas are neat and tidy
• Assisting with weaning
• Assisting with potty-training
• Working closely with other household staff to ensure a smooth itinerary each day
• Assisting with schoolwork and homework
• Organising after school activities
• Playing with the children & offering the children consistency and security
• Tending to the toddler during the night
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Private nanny experience working with HNW clients
• Ideally Norland-trained
• Enhanced DBS check
• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Calm, organised and able to prioritise and multitask
• Experience working within a staffed household
• Eligibility to legally live and work in the UK
• Excellent checkable references
